With a Bachelor of Business Administration, an MBA in Marketing, and more than 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Lakeesha has built a career that combines creativity, business strategy, and a passion for serving others. Her professional experience includes beauty marketing, product development, beauty retail, entrepreneurship, and salon leadership, giving her a unique perspective on both the business and artistry of beauty.

As the founder of Opal Beauty Co., Lakeesha is committed to promoting healthy hair, educating women on beauty and self-care, and creating products and experiences that inspire confidence from the inside out. She is also the creator of Beauty, Books & Brunch, an event that brings women together through meaningful conversations, personal growth, and community.

Through her writing, speaking, and digital content, Lakeesha encourages women to pursue their dreams, embrace their unique gifts, and live intentionally.
